By accessing or using GracePrayers (the "Service") at https://graceprayers.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
GracePrayers provides a platform for streaming and accessing a library of devotional and educational video content. The Service may include free content, premium membership subscriptions, one-time purchases, optional voluntary payments, and playlists. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area where applicable, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
Payment processor. All payments (memberships, one-time purchases, and any optional voluntary payments) are processed by Stripe, Inc. All payments on the platform are for access to digital content or to support the continued operation of the service. By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable amount. Your use of Stripe's payment services may also be subject to Stripe's terms and Stripe's privacy policy, where applicable. Use of the Service and of our payment processing complies with our payment provider's acceptable use and restricted business policies.
Memberships and subscriptions. Premium membership fees are billed in advance (e.g., monthly or as stated at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel from your account or subscription management page. Cancellation stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
We may offer optional voluntary payments as a way for users to support the ongoing creation, maintenance, and improvement of content on the platform. These payments are entirely optional. These payments are not required to use the Service or access any content. They do not provide additional features, access, or enhanced functionality beyond what is already available on the platform. Optional voluntary payments can be refunded within 14 days upon request by contacting us at [email protected] with your transaction details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Refunds. For subscriptions: You may cancel before the next billing date; we do not refund fees for the current period unless required by law. For one-time content purchases: Because you receive immediate access to digital content, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by law (e.g. defective or undelivered content) or at our discretion for technical failure or duplicate purchase. For optional voluntary payments: refunds are available within 14 days upon request (see above). To request any refund, contact us at [email protected] with your transaction details. Chargebacks: If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly.
Price changes. We may change subscription or other fees. We will give you at least 30 days' advance notice (by email and/or notice on the Service) before a price increase applies to your subscription. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. One-time and optional voluntary payment amounts are as displayed at the time of payment.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to paid content; (b) copy, download, or redistribute content except as permitted by the Service; (c) use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others; (d) attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures.
All content on the Service (videos, text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by Amplistorm, GracePrayers, or their licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the content.
The Service and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Religious and devotional content reflects the views of the respective authors and not necessarily those of Amplistorm or GracePrayers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amplistorm, GracePrayers, and their operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for indirect or consequential damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms at https://graceprayers.com/terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a class or collective action. For users in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer law in your country of residence may apply and nothing in this section limits those rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order or checkout terms presented at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amplistorm regarding the Service.
